Architects have been thought to be the enemy of the AV industry, prioritizing aesthetics over acoustics and seeing building technology as a necessary evil. This is far from the truth and Michael argues for a closer integration of our disciplines as we look to what the workplace will look like and more importantly how it will facilitate work in the information age and beyond.
